We provide free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders. We do not offer optional shipping upgrades at this time. There are no hidden optional fees added after checkout.

We currently accept PayPal only. When you place an order, payment is processed through PayPal or a PayPal-supported checkout environment. By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the full order amount, including product price and any applicable taxes, to your selected payment method.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We ship only within the United States. We provide Standard Shipping only. Our daily shipping cut-off time is 5:00 PM (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles). Orders are typically processed within 0 to 1 business day, and delivery generally occurs within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Free shipping does not include installation, assembly, unboxing, or in-home service.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions set out in our Refund Policy.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping costs are covered by us where applicable. For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Because PayPal is our only accepted payment method, approved refunds are generally returned through the same PayPal payment route used for the original transaction.

If an order is canceled before processing or shipment, we will review the cancellation request. Third-party payment processors, gateways, or banks may retain certain non-refundable processing fees where legally permitted.

Shipping damage must be reported within 72 hours of delivery or the time the tracking status shows delivered, together with supporting photographs of the product and packaging.
