Damage in Transit Reporting (72 Hours)
If your order was damaged during shipping, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery or from the time the tracking status shows delivered.
Please include clear photos of the product, outer packaging, and shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a return solution at our expense.
We do not accept returns for non-defective items.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. If an exchange is approved, we will provide instructions and send a replacement item where applicable.
Refund Method

Refund Processing Time

Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation before the order has been processed or shipped.
If approved, a refund will be issued. However, certain non-refundable transaction or processing fees charged by third-party payment providers may not be refundable, as these are imposed by the payment provider.
